Description - Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and application problems
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure
- Perform system monitoring and ensure system availability
- Document technical procedures and support requests
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Linux, Java, Python, SQL, and C++
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in system monitoring and IT asset management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
