- Provide technical support in the pre-sale phase by addressing customer inquiries and product queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the features and benefits of offerings effectively.
- Engage in consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Work alongside sales teams to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
- Assist in demand analysis to forecast potential sales and identify market trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in sales support or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proven sales management and customer relationship management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork and public speaking abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive and customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
