Customer Service Representative up to 35K! Hybrid around Eastwood Quezon City

- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with empathy and clarity.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or departments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in the system.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution).
- Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and company updates.
- Have 2 years at least of experience in BPO handling international client (AU preferred but open to other country)
- Willing to Train on site for 4 months
- Open to do dayshift and hybrid after training (2-3x a week)
