EDGE Tutor is hiring experienced and highly proficient English educators to join as Advanced ESL Tutors under the C2 Certification Track . This role is designed for educators who want to teach adult professionals while aligning their skills with LanguageCert C2 (Mastery) through structured training and coaching support.
Tutors will handle learners from over 30 nationalities, focusing on Business English and real-world communication for global professionals and career-focused adults. Lessons are supported with structured materials to ensure consistent teaching quality.
This is a work-from-home, structured online teaching role with stable demand, guided onboarding, and certification alignment support. Applicants with strong English proficiency (C1–C2 level or equivalent) are encouraged to apply. ESL or training experience is preferred but not required.
What You’ll Do
• Teach 1-on-1 and small group classes for adult learners
• Deliver Business English and practical communication lessons
• Use structured lesson materials provided by EDGE Tutor
• Align teaching with LanguageCert C2 standards

Work Setup
• 100% Remote (Work From Home)
• Structured evening schedules aligned with global demand
• Minimum 25 hours per week
Compensation
• Up to ₱200/hour (per booked class)
• Up to ₱35,000/month (Full-Time)
• ₱17,000/month (Part-Time)
• ₱5,000 sign-up bonus
• Performance-based incentives
Requirements
- C1–C2 English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent)
- University graduate (any 4-year course)
- Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
- ESL, training, or communication experience is an advantage
- Comfortable teaching adult/professional learners
- Willing to undergo LanguageCert C2 alignment
- NBI or Police Clearance required
- Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
Requirements (Setup)
• i5 8th Gen+ / equivalent, 8GB RAM (CPU score ≥3500)
• 1080p webcam + noise-cancelling headset
• 25 Mbps wired internet + 15 Mbps backup
• No mobile hotspot allowed
• Stable power backup + quiet workspace
