Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic Microsoft Product Sales Representative (Outbound Focus) to join our team and drive growth by selling Microsoft software solutions to businesses across various industries
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing the deal
- Conduct outbound calls and personalized email outreach to generate leads
- Present, demo, and sell Microsoft software products (e.g., Microsoft 365, Office Home and Business, Servers) to B2B clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers including IT managers, operations heads, and procurement teams
- Handle objections and customize pitches to meet specific client needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales (software sales preferred)
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft products or cloud-based software solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Prior experience selling Microsoft software or working with a Microsoft partner
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools
- Background in SaaS or IT solution selling
