Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Health Care

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in handling customer concerns, professional on calls, tech-savvy, and flexible in working with clients from different industries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient/customer calls professionally and compassionately

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding healthcare services and appointments

• Schedule patient appointments and manage medical calendars efficiently

• Assist patients with healthcare-related concerns and provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient records and sensitive information

• Document patient interactions, updates, and medical-related information accurately

• Coordinate with healthcare staff and departments to ensure smooth patient service

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with patients and clients

• Meet performance, compliance, and quality standards in accordance with healthcare policies

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or healthcare support experience required

• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills

• Neutral accent and confident speaking voice

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using healthcare systems, tools, and software

• Proficient in appointment scheduling and calendar management

• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Open to working with patients, healthcare providers, and medical teams in various healthcare settings

• Experience in healthcare support, medical virtual assistance, patient coordination, or insurance-related work is an advantage

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical terminology is a plus

Spanish Representatives

We are also looking for confident Spanish-speaking representatives who can communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Experience in customer service, healthcare, sales, appointment scheduling, or virtual assistance is a plus.

Legal / Law Background Applicants

Applicants with experience in legal support, law offices, legal assistance, documentation, case management, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
