HR Generalist (FULL ONSITE PASIG / DAYSHIFT) Up to 25-35K

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of HRIS systems . This role is essential in supporting both employees and management in HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Support employee engagement initiatives and communication
• Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records using an HRIS system
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Support payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee questions
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on compensation matters

Performance Management & Training

• Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
• Coordinate employee training and development activities
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of performance reviews

Offboarding & Exit Management

• Facilitate employee resignations, terminations, and exit interviews
• Ensure proper clearance procedures are followed
• Analyze exit data for insights and improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience handling end-to-end HR functions
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
