About the Role
De Castro Consulting is looking for a B2B Sales Associate to join our fast-growing professional team. This is a client-facing, consultative sales role focused on building relationships with international companies through lead generation and appointment setting.
Not a call center role.
You’ll be engaging directly with decision-makers, managing corporate relationships, and representing the company in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business clients in target markets
- Conduct lead generation and appointment setting via email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international corporate clients
- Present company services and develop tailored proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong background in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with international or corporate clients is an advantage
- Self-motivated, confident, and professional
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Sampaloc, Manila)
