ABOUT THE ROLE
1.Recruitment
Support the end-to-end recruitment process locally
Post job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and prepare job offers.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely manner.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
2.HR Operations
Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
Administer employee benefits and support payroll and timekeeping processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Support performance management activities, including performance review administration.
Assist managers with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data to support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative efficiency.
3.Employee Experience
Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
Support learning and development activities, including training coordination and administration.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to recruitment and general HR operations.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a dynamic organization where processes continue to evolve and improve.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
