About the role
This is a strategic leadership position overseeing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The role combines operational management with financial oversight and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across logistics functions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies aligned with business goals
Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers
Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and resources
Develop and manage logistics and warehouse budgets
Monitor and control operational costs
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management
At least 3-5 years of experience in a management or senior leadership role
Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and driving strategy
