Warehouse Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Organize, label, and store inventory items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products, supplies, and equipment for delivery or dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and issuances.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse premises.
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and properly.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation.
- Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving warehouse items.
- Knowledgeable in inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.
