Job Summary
Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end bidding and tendering process for the company’s medical devices and healthcare product portfolio. Drives revenue growth by securing contracts through strategic bid planning, competitive positioning, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in bidding, tender management, or commercial operations, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes (e.g., PhilGEPS) and private sector bidding
- Proven track record of managing successful bids and securing contracts
- Experience in pricing strategy, cost analysis, and contract negotiation
