Warehouse Manager

- Manage daily operations of the spare parts department
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages
- Source and order parts from suppliers and manufacturers
- Implement proper storage and labeling of parts
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of parts movement
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for parts requirements
- Provide training and supervision to parts staff
- Monitor and improve customer service related to parts inquiries and sales
- Analyze sales data and generate regular reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in spare parts management or inventory control (preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry)
- Knowledge of motorcycle parts and technical specifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
