Description - Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases as necessary.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback to improve workplace culture.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years, relevant internships or academic projects welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
