Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
- Experience working in a Japanese or fast-paced company is an advantage
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the company’s partner HR firm and external vendors
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers on recruitment and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations concerns, including complaints and disciplinary actions
- Promote employee engagement and provide guidance to staff and management
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Assist in compensation review and wage benchmarking activities
- Support the HR Manager in performance evaluation and review processes
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
