Recruitment Manager

Description - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and clients to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 yrs experience in supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
