Description - Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using MS Applications and Outlook
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to build relationships and network effectively
