I. Job Summary
Responsible for the preparation of financial reports to customers, management report and other needed reports needed by Internal and External clients in accordance with the prescribed standards of reporting.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares journal entry adjustments and uploads them to the system upon approval.
• Prepares Financial Statement and Statement of Earning Assets.
• Prepares/validates schedules submitted to regulatory during annual audit as to clients financial Statements (FS), monitoring of sending of FS, computations of Trust Fee, etc.
• Send Financial Statement/Statement of Earning Asset via accredited courier and email to various clients upon approval.
• Prepares various investments certification and audit confirmation.
• Prepares various schedules needed during audit examination.
• Prepares the SFP and sends it to TSG during account termination.
• Prepares closing entries and uploads them to the system upon approval for closed accounts.
• Prepares the following reports, documents and sending after approval.
o Terminal Reports
o Bank Certification
• Prepares NAV reports for every UITF, including Statements of Assets and Accountabilities, in order to calculate NAVPU and submit for approval.
• Uploading of NAVPU's on BankCom website, UITF.com and Bloomberg.
• Prepares and send billing on Trust Fees due for collection.
