Reservations Officer (Corporate Accounts) – Aboex Travel & Tours

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Officer (Corporate Accounts) to handle bookings and travel arrangements for our corporate clients. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, hotel, and tour reservations for corporate clients
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings and availability
• Ensure all reservations are accurate and aligned with client requirements
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and reissuance when needed
• Monitor deadlines, ticketing time limits, and travel schedules
• Maintain clear and professional communication with corporate accounts
• Prepare and send booking confirmations, itineraries, and related documents
• Assist in resolving booking issues or discrepancies quickly
• Keep organized records of all transactions and client requests

Qualifications:

• Experience in reservations, ticketing, or travel agency operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and urgent requests
• Familiarity with booking systems
• Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach

Bonus Skills:

• Experience handling corporate or B2B accounts
• Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and ticketing procedures
• Familiarity with travel management systems and reporting
• Ability to negotiate or coordinate with suppliers for better arrangements
