Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Product Presentations : Demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve monthly quotas.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience : Proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Skills : Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Mindset : Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
