- Educational Qualifications: College level
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in sales or leasing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective negotiation and public speaking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Varied; includes office settings and outside sales activities.
- Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, with a drive for results.
