Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, promoting ISR products and services, and closing deals. This role plays a key part in achieving company sales targets and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and promote company products
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain product displays and cleanliness in the selling area
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
- Meet daily or monthly sales targets
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Help with inventory counting
- Follow company sales policies and procedures
- Submit daily sales reports if required
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (College level is an advantage)
- With or without sales experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
