Sales and Marketing Officer

Description - Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales training sessions for staff to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers.
- Look for Prospect clients, create data, and weekly-monthly graphing.
- Cold Calling of Prospect Clients for Endorsing of Company Services.
- Visitation and setting up meetings with Clients.
- Look for any Exhibition, Convention or Events to advertise our services.
- Emailing & Sending of Monthly scheduled trainings to all in the list of STC Prospect clients (Once a month).
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management (CRM), negotiation, and communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Working Conditions: Standard office hours with potential for remote work flexibility.
