- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (or relevant tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
