Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing, brand management, and trade marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and promotional activities across different channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support business objectives and increase product visibility.
- Lead marketing projects, events, and partnerships with third-party agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor marketing staff to ensure productivity and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
