Location: Daraga Albay
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships, and closing sales to achieve business goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales performance.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
