Description - Oversee the accounting department and manage financial transactions.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct audits and assist in the development of audit plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), strong knowledge of audit processes
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential overtime during peak periods
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
