Account Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services effectively.
- Monitor contract performance, service delivery, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and site visits to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms when needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on account status, activity, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings and presentations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Willing to travel for client meetings or site visits if needed.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
