JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chat Support Representative will provide fast and accurate customer support through live chat and messaging channels. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear written solutions or instructions.
• Use approved templates appropriately without sending repetitive or irrelevant replies.
• Document each chat and escalate cases that require additional support.
• Meet typing, response time, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate.
• 0–1 year of chat, customer service, or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong written English, grammar, and typing accuracy.
• Able to manage several conversations without losing attention to detail.
• Customer service or non-voice BPO experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
