JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technical Support Representative will troubleshoot customer hardware, software, connectivity, account, or device issues through guided support. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ask structured questions to identify the cause and impact of the technical concern.
• Guide customers through approved troubleshooting steps by phone, chat, or email.
• Document symptoms, actions taken, test results, and final resolution.
• Escalate unresolved incidents with complete technical notes.
• Meet technical accuracy, resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Senior High School Graduate / College Level / IT or technical course preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical support or customer service experience preferred; qualified entry-level applicants may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of computers, devices, operating systems, internet connectivity, or common applications.
• Able to explain technical steps in simple and patient language.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Technical support, BPO, IT, or electronics background is an advantage.
