Key Responsibilities
- Performs HR-related functions as directed by the HR Supervisor, including timekeeping, leaves monitoring, medical insurance claims processing, management of non-confidential HR files and office supplies/equipment.
- Manages the company’s reception area.
- Performs clerical support function to the site management team such as preparation of reports and training/meeting materials, filing, timekeeping, leaves monitoring, stock management of office supplies/equipment, pantry/drinking water supplies, uniforms and PPEs, travel arrangements of plant employees and guests, etc.
- Performs other duties as may assigned by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or business-related course
- Good computer skills particularly MS Office Suite
- Adequate oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Good organizational and clerical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proven record of reliability, honesty and keeping work matters confidential
- Willing to do overtime work, when necessary
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
