About the role
Asiawealth is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing operations for a 499-unit residential community. This role involves preparing and distributing monthly statements, monitoring accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and handling homeowner inquiries. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative by proactively identifying issues and proposing improvements, takes accountability by owning tasks and meeting deadlines without repeated supervision, and shows strong time and priority management skills to handle multiple cut-offs effectively.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on experience and technical skill, in line with BIR de minimis compliance.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and distribute monthly Statements of Account (SOAs) for all 499 homeowners accurately and on time
Manage AR aging reports, track delinquencies, and handle collections follow-ups
Post payments, reconcile ledgers, and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
Handle homeowner inquiries via email, Viber, and other channels; coordinate with the Property Manager and Board
Maintain clear, updated records and trackers for billing, collections, and reconciliations
Uphold confidentiality of tenant financial records (Data Privacy Act), ensure lawful billing practices (Condominium Act), and align with BIR regulations
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation)
Demonstrated ability to double-check computations and avoid repeated errors
Takes ownership of tasks and delivers on deadlines without repeated supervision
Plans daily tasks, meets cut-off times, and manages workload effectively
Communicates issues promptly and clearly; maintains proper documentation for continuity
Proactively identifies discrepancies, seeks clarification when needed, and proposes improvements
Open to corrections and able to adjust to updated processes or instructions
