BILLING OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY
He/she shall be responsible for handling financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely billing to principals, and addressing financial-related inquiries. This role involves preparing all crew expenses to generate monthly Statement of Accounts (SOAs).
MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- With at least 1-3 years experience in billing, accounting, or financial roles preferably in a similar industry
COMPETENCIES
- Has good understanding of financial processes and billing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other similar applications
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot billing issues accurately and promptly
- Attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidential and sensitive financial information
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
