ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance functions in a dynamic retail setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient accounting processes across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate is well-organized, analytical, and able to work effectively within a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and validate daily sales reports from various store locations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders, confirming proper approvals and complete documentation for timely payment
- Conduct bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
- Organize and maintain accounting files, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance

- Full-time, on-site
- Monday to Saturday
