Job Description: Accountant (Manufacturing & Compliance)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliant Accountant to manage the financial operations of our B2B manufacturing company. You will oversee cost accounting, lead monthly tax filings, manage B2B billing, and ensure 100% compliance with all Philippine government regulatory mandatories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tax & Government Compliance
Prepare, file, and remit monthly, quarterly, and annual national taxes to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)via eFPS or eBIRForms.
Process monthly employer contributions and loan reports for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF) .
Handle annual corporate renewals, including Business/Mayor’s Permits and Barangay clearances.
Maintain accurate and compliant Books of Accounts (Manual, Loose-leaf, or Computerized Accounting System). [1]
2. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
Track and record inventory movements from raw materials to work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods.
Perform variance analysis on material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing overheads.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile records with actual warehouse stocks.
3. B2B Client & General Accounting
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) by generating corporate Sales Invoices and chasing timely B2B collections.
Verify vendor invoices, manage Accounts Payable (AP), and execute corporate disbursements.
Process payroll securely alongside government deduction computations.
Prepare monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
