About the role
The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's online selling platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, company website, and other marketplaces. The role covers pricing, product listings, online marketing and promotions, sales performance, inventory coordination, order operations, and platform management to drive online sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities
Fully manage the company's online stores and marketplace operations.
Manage product listings, SKUs, specifications, images, pricing, and stock availability.
Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies, including campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash sales, and platform promotions.
Monitor and optimize pricing, traffic, conversion, sales performance, and profitability.
Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics for promotions, inventory, order fulfillment, and deliveries.
Coordinate with marketplace/platform representatives for campaigns and store performance.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare sales and performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous growth.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably managing Lazada, Shopee, or similar platforms.
Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or retail is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, pricing, merchandising, and online sales.
Proficient in MS Excel and marketplace analytics/reporting tools.
Sales-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple SKUs and platforms.
