Client Experience Associate

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Client Experience Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that clients and patients achieve their goals using our software. Your mission is to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth within our client base, while championing healthcare as a basic human right.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure a seamless and positive start with our platform.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the clients" internally, gathering feedback to help improve product features and service processes.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues promptly, collaborating with Technical Support or Product teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Retention & Growth: Monitor client health metrics to prevent churn and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new features.
- Community Impact: Partner with Local Government Units (LGUs) and visit remote communities to help expand healthcare access, ensuring that underserved Filipinos benefit from our solutions.
- Minimal Voice Engagement: While the role is primarily digital (90%), you may occasionally facilitate brief video calls or voice consultations for high-priority client needs.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales). Experience in the Healthcare sector is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Mastery of written and spoken communication. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and empathetically in professional English, and confidence in public speaking or product demonstrations when needed.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Medical and Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for Advocacy: A genuine commitment to helping Filipinos gain better access to healthcare, with a shared belief that healthcare is a basic human right.
