Description - Oversee daily operations of the Client Service Desk, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives in the financial and wealth management sectors.
- Implement efficient procedures to handle client queries related to financial products and services.
- Monitor service levels and compliance with SLA requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in client service management within the financial or wealth management sector
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, investment products, financial planning, and risk management
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
