Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enforcement of brand guidelines across all platforms (OOH, Digital, and Social) to ensure a consistent "look and feel."
- Plan and execute end-to-end advertising campaigns, from initial market research to final deployment and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the Creatives Manager to translate business objectives into high-impact visual stories and copy.
- Monitor competitor activities and advertising trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and positioning.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all promotional materials are produced accurately and on time.
- Review campaign metrics and ROI to provide data-driven recommendations for future advertising spend and strategy.
- Manage the advertising and brand budget, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising on quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research methodologies
- experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools to measure brand performance
- Solid understanding of digital market and social media platforms
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling creative briefs
