- Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage brand image, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, measure results, and prepare performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends and customer preferences, and use insights to refine strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team, set objectives, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
- Manage clients, meet sales targets, process property title transfers, handle listings and inquiries, conduct viewings, and profile tenants and buyers.
