Graduate of Psychology, Office Management or any Business course. At least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision. At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits processes Willing to attend a face to face interview. Can start as soon as possibleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and evaluate administrative functions and contracted services to ensure timely and proper delivery of outputs. Maintain and update administrative policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, Handle internal, customer, and government audits with necessary corrective actions. Prepare and analyze management, group, and government reports to support accurate data-driven decision-making.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (ONLINE & FACE TO FACE)
