Regional Admin Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee accounting, finance, HR, payroll, and administrative operations across the region.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and inventory data to support business decisions and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage administrative functions, including IT coordination, office support, insurance, and asset administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and regional initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Accounting and Administrative team to drive productivity and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration, within retail or multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, HR processes, and regulatory compliance
• Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
• Proficient in managing accounting operations including store-related financial processes and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and inventory data review
• Experience overseeing administrative functions, IT coordination, and office support
• CPA license is an advantage.
• Background in insurance coordination and asset management is an advantage
• Strong leadership, team management, and workforce planning skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Experience participating in management and cross-functional meetings
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in F&B, FMCG, Food Retail industry.
• Age requirement: Below 55 years old.
