Sales Admin Specialist

Work Location: Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Fully on-site Salary Range: 20,000.00 to 25,000.00

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• College Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player and can work overtime or weekends if necessary.

Job Summary The Sales Admin Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role acts as the backbone of the sales operation, providing essential support that enables the sales team to focus on revenue generation and client engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping in processing and managing sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update client and customer records, supplier’s databases and government

mandate.

• Coordinate with internal departments in documentation (e.g., admin, accounting and finance, Technical, MSS and CSM) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, handling documentation, processing payment advisory and ensuring that all purchase orders is endorsed to the Sales Support Group (SSG).
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and bid documents.
• Handle inquiries from clients and resolve issues in collaboration with the sales and other team.
• Track and manage inventory availability for bidding, checking the completeness of cost sheet and P&L ISO forms.
• Preparation of small procurement or renewal proposals using ISO forms.
