- A minimum of 6 years experience in Corporate HR covering recruitment, employee relations and payroll benefits.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, Manila. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and disciplinary, training, administering benefits, and supporting HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws. The position would suit someone with around 3 years of experience working in an HR managerial role with a comprehensive coverage of all HR modules. Any prior exposures to financial regulated entity, Multi-finance or credit lending market shall be especially beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- English at Business Proficiency level.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated experience working within a Technology or Financial Service organizations, with familiarity in recruitment, employee relations and training.
- Proficiency in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication regarding compensation and benefits.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to apply them in HR practices.
