- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and German languages.

- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
