Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate passenger trips, drivers, and daily transportation operations. The Dispatcher will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements, assigning trips, communicating with drivers and passengers, and ensuring that transportation services operate safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or College Undergraduate.
- Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fleet management or ride-hailing experience is a plus.
- Computer literate and familiar with GPS, dispatch systems, navigation tools, and ride-hailing applications.
- Knowledgeable in local roads, routes, landmarks, and locations, particularly within Metro Manila.
- Willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions when required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing field and operational duties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, alert, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of making quick and sound decisions, especially during traffic or operational disruptions.
- Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules as required.
- Willing to comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
