- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor and manage transportation routes for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations and logs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with a team-player mentality
- Working Conditions: May require flexibility in hours due to operational needs
