- Coordinate and assign transportation resources to ensure prompt client servicing.
- Effectively manage routing to optimize time and fuel usage.
- Maintain communication with drivers and troubleshoot on-road incidents.
- Adhere to client specifications and company protocols.
- Engage in data entry and documentation for accuracy in client billing.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position (<1 Year Experience) with a willingness to train on the job.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Planning; strong organisational and communication skills; familiarity with dispatch software is advantageous.
- Working Conditions: This role may include shift work and may require weekend and holiday hours; office and on-call environments may apply.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize, calm under pressure, problem-solving abilities, proactive, and team player.
