ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Chat Support. In this role, you will assist customers through chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. Your goal is to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality and efficiency in every interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy written communication, problem-solving, and building a rewarding career in the BPO industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism Meet established quality, productivity, and response time targets Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong written communication and customer service skills Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
