WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately Escalate complex concerns when necessary Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism Meet quality, productivity, and response time standards Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate or above With or without BPO/customer service experience Strong written and English communication skills Fast and accurate typing skills Good attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Customer-focused and willing to learn Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.
